Her status as a trailblazer was further solidified in 1999, when she became the first woman to be named the #1 RE/MAX agent internationally, breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry.

In recent years, Susan passed the leadership of the team to her daughter, Penny Silich, who now heads the rebranded Coveny Prestige Team under RE/MAX Suburban.
